About Us
Dear Unity of Friends,
I just want to tell you, as the founder of the “Chili
Dump”, I feel honored and privileged to volunteer and
work with each and every one of you. I applaud all you
have done already. I am proud to stand beside you, fellow
Unity of Friends members. This event has been
respected in our community as a uniquely worthwhile event. Please
just remember our united cause is clear and our purpose… to
raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness. Our goal is
obtainable if we all work together.
I Love you all for continuing this wonderful event.

Hi my name is Karen, did you know 1 out of 3 people are diagnosed
with cancer. I know 3 people very close and dear to my
heart, that have been diagnosed with cancer. The foremost
being my mother, who passed away on September 16, 2004. She
battled breast cancer for 3 years. I now have a dear friend who
is 35 with colon cancer and her husband who is 40 was just diagnosed
with nasal cancer and they have 2 young children. When
does it end and where does it end? Please don't take life
for granted. Life it is too short, so take time to live
and enjoy. Together with The Unity Of Friends we can ALL
make a difference. Please join us at Harbor Lights on January
and one by one we can each make a difference in this
world.
Peace, Love and Happiness.
~Karen
